- Gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or equivalent.

- Afternoon tea must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
- Afternoon Tea voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or equivalent.
- The Afternoon Tea voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or special promotion.
- The Velveteen Rabbit Luncheon club and the Velveteen Rabbit Secret Garden reserve the right to alter the value of the Afternoon Tea Voucher for special calendar events and seasonal promotions.

Velveteen Rabbit Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
- Receive one stamp for every tea or coffee purchased at The Velveteen Rabbit Luncheon Club in Great Ayton and/or The Velveteen Rabbit Secret Garden in Northallerton and get your tenth drink free.
- Free drink options are at the management’s discretion.
- Tenth ‘free’ drink can not contain alcohol.
- Card must be presented at time of purchase to receive a stamp, and when redeeming the ‘tenth free drink’.
- No photocopies accepted.
- One stamp per coffee or tea purchased only.
- One card per customer.
- Loyalty Card can not be replaced if reported lost, damaged or stolen, and the number of stamps collected will revert to zero upon issue of a new Loyalty Card.
- Valid for one year from date of purchase only.
- Use of the card constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs.
