Terms & Conditions

Delivery – All gift vouchers are issued digitally and delivered by email to the recipient address provided at checkout. A confirmation copy is also sent to the purchaser. Please ensure all email details are entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for vouchers delivered to an incorrect email address provided at checkout.

Validity – All gift vouchers are valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase. The expiry date is clearly stated on the voucher and cannot be extended.

Monetary Gift Vouchers – Monetary vouchers (£5, £10, 0r £20) may be redeemed in full or in part. Any remaining balance will remain active and may be used on a future visit within the validity period. Monetary vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Experience Vouchers – Experience vouchers (Afternoon Tea or Coffee & Cake) are valid only for the specific experience stated on the voucher and must be redeemed within the validity period. Bookings are required for experience vouchers and are subject to availability. Specific booking notice periods may apply (e.g. 48 hours’ notice for Afternoon Tea). Experience vouchers cannot be exchanged for alternative products, services or cash. We reserve the right to amend pricing for special calendar events or seasonal promotions. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless expressly stated.

Must be presented (digitally or printed) at the time of redemption.

Contain a unique voucher code which must be quoted when redeeming.

Free drink options are at management discretion.

Complimentary drinks cannot contain alcohol.

Card must be presented at time of purchase and redemption.

One stamp per tea or coffee purchased.

One card per customer.

Loyalty cards are valid for 12 months from first issue.

Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced and collected stamps cannot be transferred.
